In this Privacy Policy, “Xtreme Networks”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Xtreme Networks Limited, a Wellington-based provider of business internet, data centre colocation, hosted VoIP and cellular backup services.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

● Information submitted through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or Facebook Lead Ads, which pre-fill from your social profile
We don’t collect sensitive information (health, ethnicity, etc.) unless you volunteer it or we’re legally required to as part of an employment relationship.

We generally collect personal information when you:
● Fill in a contact or quote request form on xtreme.nz
● Submit a LinkedIn or Facebook lead ad form
● Call, email, or otherwise contact us directly
● Become a customer or sign a service agreement
● Sign up to receive updates from us

● Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
● Deliver and manage the services you’ve signed up for

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Ads and Meta/LinkedIn pixels) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising.
When you submit an enquiry through a LinkedIn or Facebook lead ad, that platform shares the information you provide with us so we can follow up. Their own privacy policies govern how they collect and use your data on their platforms — we’d encourage you to review LinkedIn’s and Meta’s privacy policies separately.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies won’t stop you using our website, but may affect how it’s personalised for you.
Who we share your information with
We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with:
● Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. IT systems, email platforms, accounting)
● Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), where needed to run and measure ad campaigns

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

If we become aware of a privacy breach that poses a risk of serious harm, we’ll assess it promptly and, where required by law, notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and affected individuals within the required timeframes.
